Description
Change the functionality of your Plate-Loaded Lat Pull down & Low Row with this attachment conversion kit. This allows you to switch from a plate-loaded system to a selectorized system on your 4000 and 5000 series racks. The selectorized stack allows for quick and easy adjustments between movements.
The kit comes with a 200 lb weight stack (10 lb weight increments), sound, head plate, sticker pack, base components and necessary hardware. The weight stack also features band pegs to add additional resistance and the weight stack can be upgraded to 300 lbs.
SAVINGS/BAND PEGS/
If you already own the Plate-Loaded Lat Pull down and Low Row, you can purchase the conversion kit to upgrade without having to repurchase a full unit. The integrated band pegs on the base and head plate provide the option to create added resistance with bands. The 200 lbs weight stack operates at a 1:1 ratio which means that 10 lbs feels like 10 lbs. The stack can be upgraded to 300 lbs.

I converted my old plate loaded sled lat row to the new plate selector lat row. The major benefit is I can now easily do drop sets. I do not have to get out of position to change the plates. Now I just set the selector pin to my new weight and go!
