I love this bench. Been using it for two weeks now and it’s certainly solid and well made. If only they would have made it so the butt part of the seat rotates to 90 degrees for lower back support for exercises like military press and behind the head dumbbells. Now I’m stuck trying to find another solution.

Best bench I’ve owned. I like how easy it is to move around. Also I love that it’s a little shorter to the ground given good leverage when benching heavy! Only issue I had was when I received the box some of the bolts were open inside the box. But luckily they were all still there! Also I reached out to the balancedlifepulse asking for storage options to their attachments, I was told they’re working on a solution for that.

The bench is awesome. I was looking for a bench that had both leg and arm attachments, but I needed to be able to remove them completely, this bench is it! Due to the leg attachment, this bench is a little higher off the ground than some, which for shorter people that might be a problem. I am 5’6″ and it does make a little difficult to touch the ground while doing chest movements, but a few yoga blocks (my wife’s) solves that problem. Over all the bench is solidly built and seems like it will last a good long time.

I have recently purchased several items from balancedlifepulse and I could not be happier.
