The J-hooks and Safety Spotter arms have UHMW inserts preventing any knurl damage to your bar. There are 8 Plate Storage Horns capable of storing over 400kg in weight plates. Lower and upper resistance band pegs allow for a diverse range of lifts with resistance bands to improve muscle contraction.
